American CEO’s take note. If you are serious about implementing corporate change and cost cutting, practice it yourself. Case in point: when Japan Airlines began slashing jobs JAL CEO Haruka Nishimatsu started to take public transit to work, wait in line at the cafeteria, cut all corporate perks and reduce his own pay as a way feel the same pain and financial burdens felt by his employees. Well done sir.
